Today as I was traveling down route 59 toward Ravenna by Kent State University a dog jumped out of a guys jeep and was in traffic. The dog fell out the window and on his back. He got back on his feet and darted in front of my SUV. I stopped and called for the dog to come here to me. Oncoming traffic was very heavy too. The dog came to me and I held on to him till the guy came over to me to get him. I just want to know that the dog was ok...if you are the owner of the dog would you just let me know he is fine....people around me were very upset that this dog stopped traffic. Where is the humanaity anymore? My kids were in the back of the SUV and were so afraid that the dog would get hit. As a mom of 4, grandmother of 4, and a petowner of 2 dogs, 1 cat, 6 birds and lots of fish.....do you think I would have let this happen?
