The Portage Explorers 4-H Club and Farm Bureau teamed up with Schneller LLC of Kent for the second year to collect canned food for local food banks. The Portage County 4-H and Farm Bureau challenged all area 4-H clubs to participate in this countywide food drive. With the help of the employees of Schneller LLC, the Portage County Explorers and Farm Bureau collected 569 cans of food. Taking part in the food drive are, front row from left, Garrett Lavigna, Adreanna Evans and Bailee Evans, and back row, Bryant Lavigna, Aaron Harnar, Ian Esselburn, Ashley Smithberger and Destiny Waddell.
