Zumba Gold, offered by certified instructor Josie Carlton, will begin Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in room 508 of Theodore Roosevelt High School in Kent and will continue for a total of four sessions.
This course is designed for the active adult population or the true beginner (deconditioned) participants. Zumba Gold addresses the anatomical physiological needs specific to these populations.
