By Dave O’Brien Record-Courier staff writer In a recent sweep of the village, Windham police arrested nine alleged drug offenders — eight adults and one juvenile — on a total of 21 felony and eight misdemeanor charges. Windham Police Chief Edward Perdian said officers of the Windham Police Department served nine warrants for drug trafficking and complicity charges starting Wednesday afternoon. All were arraigned in Portage County Municipal Court in Ravenna following their arrests. Those arrested, their charges and bonds set at arraignment were: • Anthony R. Fincham, 24, of Leavittsburg. Three counts of trafficking in drugs, all fourth-degree felonies, and one count of possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. Ten percent of $55,000 bond. • Shannon R. O’Neal, 47, of 9544-A Green Meadow Road. Two counts of complicity to trafficking in drugs and one count of trafficking in drugs, all fourth-degree felonies, and two counts of child endangerment, both misdemeanors. Bond unknown. • Sheaha J. Hardesty, 27, of 9544-A Green Meadow Road. Two counts of trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies, and four counts of child endangerment, all misdemeanors. Ten percent of $35,000. • Bradley T. Durst, 18, of 9854-B Community Road. Two counts of trafficking in drugs, one fourth-degree felony and one fifth-degree felony, and one count of complicity to trafficking, a fourth-degree felony. Ten percent of $55,000. • Scott J. Campbell, 19, of 9028-F Maple Grove Road. Three counts of trafficking, all fourth-degree felonies. Ten percent of $55,000. • Amanda V. Goodwin, 21, of 9627-E Community Road. One count of complicity to trafficking, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of permitting drug abuse, a misdemeanor. $35,000 personal recognizance. • Stanley J. Zdanczewski Jr., 32, of 9627-D Community Road. One count of trafficking, a fourth-degree felony. Ten percent of $25,000. • Michelle M. Goodwin, 23, of 9854-E Community Road. One count of permitting drug abuse, a misdemeanor. Personal recognizance. • A male juvenile, name and address not provided because of his age. Four counts of trafficking, one fourth-degree and three fifth-degree felonies. Among the drugs bought, sold and seized during the investigation were marijuana, crack cocaine and prescription medication, according to Windham police. The arrests, which Perdian said took place without incident, were the result of a lengthy investigation by Windham police and consultation with the Portage County Prosecutor’s Office.

Well I don't know if they are Innocent or not the court will deal with that, Bad decisions yes but I agree you play you pay, what makes me upset is these people are so called Windham People I only recognize 3 names on here as Windham (names) the rest are transits that came from some where else BIG PROBLEM in OUR town I'm sick of it all these welfare Mom's and the drug dealing boyfriends they need to get out of my town, I'm so sick of going into sparkle after working all day and the key word is WORKING and stand behind some low life buying 60$ worth of junk food with her food stamp card.... It makes me so mad I could spit, I don't mind helping someone that tries to help themselves .... But these girls that make this their occupation I'm done paying for you to have kid after kid and live with drug dealers and run my town into the ground..... And if the people of this town don't start doing something its only going to get worse, GO TO THE COUNCIL MEETINGS and demand they put a cap on Section 8, Like Kent has and streetsboro and every other town around.....STOP THE MADDNESS>>>>>>>>>>>

Harvey, I'm proud to say I lived in Maple Grove. Now I live a comfortable middle class life in a house in Ravenna. There is no shame in being poor, but being better off is a lot more fun. As they say, "Living well is the best revenge."
I'm constantly amazed at how some Portage County folks act as though the problems we face here in Northeastern Ohio will magically go away if Windham were razed. Have you idiots never been outside Ohio? (And no, West Virginia doesn't count.) This is the Rust Belt. The entire region is an economic wasteland. Things are so bad here that attempts by Aurora, Hudson, and other so-called "wealthy" communities to look like genteel small towns just wind up looking contrived and pathetic. That's not to mention places such as Garrettsville, Streetsboro, Ravenna, and the rest, which are indistinguishable from Windham when compared with Sun Belt communities.
I've lived in four states now. I've worked with people from all around the world. A few years ago, I came to the realization that Windham is the closest thing I'll ever have to a hometown. I gotta tell ya, that thought makes me smile. Why? Because I'd rather be a Windhamite than some stuck-up yuppie wannabe with no roots or sense of belonging, which is exactly what I'd be if it weren't for that piece of parchment with my name on it from the Windham Exempted Village School District.
I'm proud to be a Windham Bomber. Thank you.

I can't wait either, maybe you or your family will be on the list. The only reason I posted again was because I found it funny how you talk out another orifice of your body other then your mouth. Did you check the dictionary? because you are making yourself look awful STUPID. Check it please for the spelling of R-E-S-T-A-U-R-A-N-T. I don't know why I even waste my time with you. Read steelersrule13's comment #41, this isn't about the eatery, can you spell eatery? It's about the drug bust, you are making all of Windham look real bad including yourself. wow, take a good look in the mirror, you have led the perfect saintful life? yeah, well it doesn't matter anyways , we all know who you are, you have spelled it out clearly, MY BAD, you don't know how to spell.
