Associated Press LOS ANGELES — A man claims in a lawsuit that Rihanna isn’t being a good neighbor. Christian Moeller on Tuesday sued the 21-year-old pop singer and Stephen Yacobian, who owns the house she rents in Los Angeles. Moeller’s lawsuit claims cars routinely park or wait on his property, including cars used by Rihanna. Moeller also claims a security camera installed at the home in the Hollywood Hills points onto his property. An e-mail sent to Rihanna’s publicist was not immediately returned. Yacobian says the lawsuit is “without merit” but wouldn’t comment further until he speaks to his attorney. Moeller is seeking unspecified damages for trespass, invasion of privacy and other claims. Crawford is hottest bachelor NEW YORK — Chace Crawford, who plays hunky Nate Archibald on the CW teen drama “Gossip Girl,” is People magazine’s hottest bachelor of the summer. Crawford is slated to star in a remake of the 1984 film “Footloose,” which made Kevin Bacon a heartthrob. The 23-year-old actor says he’s “not in any rush” to get into a relationship because he has the rest of his life to share with someone. He says dating country star Carrie Underwood was “a whirlwind” — but has no regrets. Crawford adds: “I learned a ton about dating someone in that kind of spotlight.” People’s list of sexy single men also includes Zac Efron, Robert Pattinson and Bradley Cooper. Penn pulls out of two movies LOS ANGELES — Sean Penn will not be one of the “The Three Stooges” or join “Cartel.” A spokeswoman for the Oscar winner said he is dropping out of the films. Penn spokeswoman Mara Buxbaum did not specify a reason, but said if the start dates on the productions were to be postponed, Penn would remain involved. Penn was slated to star as Larry in “Three Stooges” and as a man protecting his son in “Cartel.” Last month, Penn withdrew his petition to separate from Robin Wright Penn, his wife of 13 years. They filed for divorce in December 2007 but dismissed that petition several months later. In February, they were together at the Academy Awards, where the 48-year-old actor won for his role in the drama “Milk.” Usher, wife were separated for year ATLANTA — Usher Raymond says he and his wife were separated for nearly a year before the R&B singer filed for divorce, calling the marriage “irretrievably broken,” according to court records. The divorce petition, initiated by Usher, says the couple has lived separately since July. The two were married in a glitzy ceremony in August 2007, but split nearly a year later. The petition was filed Friday in Fulton County Superior Court. The Raymonds have two young sons: 1 1/2-year-old Usher Raymond V and 6-month-old Naviyd Ely Raymond. Tameka Raymond has three children from a previous marriage. The petition says there is “no reasonable hope of reconciliation” between Usher, 30, and Tameka Raymond, 38. Usher is seeking joint custody of the children. Tameka Raymond is contesting the divorce and has 30 days to respond to the petition. She said through her divorce attorney that she has been a “faithful wife and loving mother” during the marriage. The couple is due in court on July 15. About 200 people attended their wedding at resort built in the style of a 16th-century-style French chateau on 3,500 hilly acres outside Atlanta. In a May 2008 interview with The Associated Press, Usher addressed negative feedback from bloggers over his relationship with his wife, who’s eight years older than he and was once his stylist. Before they married, Usher had a string of romances, most notably his three-year relationship with Chilli from TLC. Lohan not called in for questioning LOS ANGELES — A spokeswoman for Lindsay Lohan says the actress has not been questioned by London police investigating jewelry that went missing after a fashion shoot there. Lohan spokeswoman Leslie Sloane-Zelnik said Tuesday that Lohan has not been contacted by authorities but would comply in an investigation if necessary. She also noted that nearly 20 people were working at the Elle magazine photo shoot featuring the 22-year-old. London’s Metropolitan police confirmed Tuesday that a necklace and earrings worth more than $400,000 were missing from a studio in north London in early June. The fashion magazine said in a statement Tuesday it had no reason to believe that Lohan was in any way linked to the alleged theft. A police spokesman said no arrests have been made and would not comment on whether Lohan had been interviewed or was even related to the case in any way. He spoke on condition of anonymity in line with police policy. Cohen bares all for GQ cover NEW YORK — Sacha Baron Cohen strips down as his alter ego — Austrian fashionista Bruno — for the July cover of GQ magazine. According to the magazine, Bruno is the first subject to appear fully naked on the cover. Jennifer Aniston, wearing a necktie and nothing else for the January issue, came close. Bruno sports nothing but a tanned glow and a shaggy head of highlighted hair. The actor-comedian’s 2006 movie, “Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan,” was a surprise box-office hit. His new film, “Bruno,” is scheduled for release July 10. Baron Cohen staged an elaborate prank at the recent MTV Movie Awards. In character as Bruno, he descended from the ceiling on a wire in a fake mishap that ended with his bare hindquarters in rapper Eminem’s face. Eminem stormed off in a huff, but later said he was in on the joke.
